dc.description.abstract The church throughout history has incorporated the creative arts. This has communicated Christ in a very meaningful way. There have been moments in history where the visual arts and dance have been rejected, however, they have still managed to survive, and continue to have an influence on the church today. This study seeks to look at the background of Christian visual art and dance as well as movement, and the ways in which we are and can incorporate it into the church as a means of communicating Christ. Specific examples of people involved in Creativity will be looked at to show the impact that this is having not only in.the church, but also as a witness and a testimony to the world. en
